a slice of bakery french bread (not homemade) toasted with a smear of light cream cheese and a little pepper jelly we got this past weekend at the farmer's market.

sean, sarah, and i ate at bombay curry company, in del ray. i had butter chicken with rice, naan, some of a side of spinach & paneer, and a glass of house merlot. i ate my entire portion of chicken- it was really, really good and i'd been craving it's spiciness. the conversation was energetic, the wine was warming, and i had a really good time. which explains why i ate so much.
on the way home, sean and i stopped by taqueria poblano to say hello to anne, cindy, and jason, who were finishing up dinner there. i had a margarita.
overall, thursday was a fun day for food, but i definitely overate and should have eaten more vegetables!
